Title: Technical Product Manager Location: Frisco ,TX JOB DESCRIPTION Business focused TPM (Technical Product Manager) who will partner with internal domain teams/broader T-Mobile teams and Leadership to understand the business and technology landscape of the company and creatively define solutions in support of new product offerings. The TPM will own the product end-to-end, create and manage product vision, strategy and roadmap, and lead teams to deliver high-quality products. The TPM will be adept in balancing technical knowledge and business acumen, possess great leadership, management, communication, and people skills. Product Management Experience and Responsibilities 7-10 years Relevant Product Management experience in agile software product development environment including acumen for user/customer experience. Owns and defines the strategy for an array of products or a single product with wide-ranging impacts to the business Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders, and Leadership to understand current customer experiences, identify areas of opportunity, create and manage large or complex product vision and roadmap. Leads and manages product backlog and priorities with our business, ET teams, and leadership. Manages the big picture impacting the customer experience across multiple products or complex products, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations, and creatively defines and implements solutions to those challenges. Influences senior leadership on investment choices and prioritization focused on customer experience and technical opportunities. Works with partner Teams and/or vendors to influence product roadmaps and enhancements. Works with leadership to identify and articulate initiative scope, benefit, and ROI. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and manage product releases. Develops and communicates a point of view on complex technical topics. Aligns technical and product leadership on this common vision.
