Rate: $55-$60/hr. C2C Max Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled AppDynamics Administrator and Monitoring Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, configuring, and optimizing AppDynamics for monitoring system performance and enhancing observability. Moreover, the candidate should possess extensive knowledge in advancing observability and reporting capabilities across complex systems. Key Responsibilities: AppDynamics Administration: Manage and maintain AppDynamics environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Configure, tune, and troubleshoot AppDynamics applications to monitor end-user performance, application flow, and system health. Implement AppDynamics features, including custom dashboards, alerts, and analytics to facilitate proactive monitoring. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AppDynamics with existing systems and applications. Provide training and support to team members on AppDynamics usage and best practices. Monitoring Lead Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of observability strategies to enhance system monitoring capabilities across the organization. Analyze system performance metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in observability and reporting. Design and create comprehensive reporting frameworks that offer actionable insights into application performance and resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish baselines, thresholds, and alerts for performance monitoring. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in observability tools and technologies to ensure best practices are implemented. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics or similar performance monitoring tools. Extensive knowledge of application monitoring, observability frameworks, and reporting techniques. Proficiency in application performance management (APM), including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance tuning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and implement improvements based on findings. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., AppDynamics Certified Professional) will be an advantage.
