This role requires 7+ years of experience, strong leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation. Candidates must have the ability to lead technical decisions, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure enterprise-wide architectural consistency. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & API Development: Develop architecture for business APIs, integrating with SAP S/4HANA. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and ensure system reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and offshore developers. Compliance & Agile Development: Ensure that architecture aligns with security, compliance, and Agile best practices.
