This can include taking technical specifications and developing an application or integration of data between applications, testing, as well as, completing the appropriate technical documentation. The developer will use best practices in software development and adhere to company development standards, as well as focus on quality and innovation. The developer may also be responsible for delivering support to end users in the organization for specific code, including troubleshooting code. Responsibilities: Lead large-scale application development projects, providing technical direction and ensuring alignment with business stakeholders Design sustainable, architecturally compliant solutions in complex environments Troubleshoot, maintain, and configure software, including creating and testing applications and interfaces Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and technical design Drive process improvements, including recommending software/hardware solutions and enhancing system performance Oversee 3rd party development teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables Develop and maintain business and technical process documentation and training materials Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to translate and meet project requirements Lead initiatives to establish and expand coding standards, and facilitate Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) processes Perform code reviews, track project milestones, and communicate effectively with all teams Participate in Agile teams, promote continuous improvement, and stay updated on industry trends Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field 6+ years of experience in software/application development in SAP 6+ years of S/4 Implementation 6+ years of development experience in SAP Logistics - FIORI development.
