Understand end-to-end manufacturing process flows within Oracle EBS, including modules such as Oracle Inventory, Oracle Bills of Material (BOM), Oracle Work in Process (WIP), Oracle Cost Management, etc. Analyse business requirements related to manufacturing operations and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions/enhancements. Configure and customize Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to align with business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions, ensuring accuracy and reliability in manufacturing processes. Lead the deployment of custom solutions within the manufacturing modules, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth implementation. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for manufacturing-related issues, working closely with business users and technical teams to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement best practices. Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainability. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, with expertise in modules such as Oracle Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management. Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing process flows and best practices within Oracle EBS. Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to meet business needs. Proficiency in conducting testing and deploying custom solutions within Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to the business. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Certification in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules is a plus.
