Prepares reports and logs detailing shift activity. Detects and troubleshoots network, computer and peripheral equipment malfunctions, taking corrective actions or escalating problems as required. Executes service requests, responds to incidents and assists in meeting service level agreements related to Platform Computing operation. Performs other duties as assigned.
