Role: Technical Business Analyst Location: Orlando, FL - Onsite (Locals Only) Duration: 6+ Months Job description: Must Have Hoteling Or Hospitality Experience And Oracle Opera / Pms Experience We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in hoteling, cruising, airlines, etc. Good experience with any hospitality products like Oracle-Opera, Amadeus, Travel box, HotSOS & Travelport would be great plus. Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems such as PMS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems during and post project implementation. PMS (Property Management System), CRS (Central Reservation System), Ops (Operations Management System) & Facilities Management Systems 8+ years equivalent work experience. Experience preferred in project management, business analysis, or system design. Conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques required. Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills required. Candidate should have good experience BA with Hotel PMS, CRS, POS systems. Very highly developed written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience) Business Analyst proven success collaborating directly with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution Adaptability a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure Empathythe innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation. Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity. Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration.
