The ideal candidate will be hands-on, providing end-to-end solutions from design and development to implementation and support. This role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior developers, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards. The Solution Architect will work closely with clients, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of solutions using the One Identity Manager tool, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Development: Take a hands-on approach in the development and customization of One Identity Manager solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the team adheres to best practices. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate these into technical solutions, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including design specifications, development processes, and user manuals. Project Management: Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
