Oversee development activities in the areas of Angular, Ionic and Spring Boot, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices. Assist with DevOps processes, including continuous integration, deployment pipelines and work closely with the Ops team to manage deployments. Streamline processes and drive deployment requests with Ops team to avoid errors Provide technical leadership to both onshore & offshore team. Key contact between onsite and offshore teams. Manage team workloads, estimation efficiency, balance task distribution to improve productivity and boost morale. Set up and lead cadence calls with customer stakeholders to monitor project progress and address any issues/dependencies. Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, facilitating effective communication to resolve any dependencies/ issues, particularly those related to requirement gaps or data setup. Reduce the gap in understanding requirements with onshore offshore lead coordination Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives to explore and implement innovative solutions.
