The ideal candidate will work closely with the Apple Manager, IS&T internal groups, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions while adhering to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, with a focus on HRSD functionality and workflows. Design, implement, and test REST-based integrations to ensure seamless communication between ServiceNow and other platforms. Prepare and deliver all relevant SDLC artifacts, including design documents, technical specifications, test cases, and deployment plans. Participate in reviews with IS&T internal groups to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements. Perform testing at various levels (unit, integration, system, and acceptance) and provide actionable feedback to ensure quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system performance and availability.Required Skills and Experience: Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD module, including configuration and customization. Hands-on experience with REST-based integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems. Proven understanding of SDLC processes and the ability to deliver required artifacts. Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices for development, security, and performance optimization. Experience participating in reviews with internal groups and providing quality feedback. Strong testing skills, including the ability to perform and validate unit, integration, and system testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
