The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the Capital Markets division, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Qualifications: Overall 10+ years of experience in program/project management within Capital Markets. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and regulatory requirements. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, and market infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior management, and team members. Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, strategies, and success criteria. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in program management. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated budgets. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
