The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying backend services, with a proven ability to work on complex distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes for microservices orchestration and a working knowledge of Node.js are highly desired. As a Java Architect/Senior Developer, you will be responsible for technical design, implementation, and delivery of robust, high-performance solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems that meet business and customer needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in backend development with extensive experience on Java Spring Boot. Extensive experience with Java Web-services, NodeJS, and Spring Boot. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and implementation. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub. Expertise in AWS services and infrastructure. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with MS SQL, including writing complex stored procedures. Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the application stack. Implement best practices for coding standards, security, and cloud-native development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven ability to mentor and lead junior developers. Open to work on production support issues as needed.
