In-depth knowledge of IBM Watson ecosystem, including Watson Assistant, Discovery, NLP, and Watson Studio. Design seamless integrations between chatbots and enterprise systems. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques. Hands-on experience developing and deploying chatbots on Watson or similar platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js for custom chatbot functionality. Experience integrating chatbots with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems. Familiarity with cloud environments like IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles. Knowledge of conversational design principles and best practices for user experience. Additional Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results. Serve as the technical authority on projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and security guidelines.
