I would appreciate it if you can provide the best time and number to reach you to discuss this further Position: Sr. Data Engineer With EHR Type: Contract Experience : 10+Years Basic Requirements: 2+ years of deep healthcare data experience across multiple EHR systems Thorough knowledge of the clinical & EHR workflow, including knowledge of expected data elements and categories, and understanding of standard medical terminologies and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10-CM, CPT) In-depth understanding of the source of truth for various healthcare data elements in the backend databases of EHRs Professional experience with large healthcare datasets, including the data models of multiple, major EHRs and practice management systems - particularly in the fields of ophthalmology, neurology, and urology Familiarity with health interoperability standard information models Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling, including how to correctly determine and implement keys required for updating and de-duplicating records Ability to design complex and scalable ETL processes Highly proficient in SQL Bonus: BA degree in analytics, data science, computer science, or related field Python and Spark programming skills Experience working in an AWS Cloud environment Knowledge of MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) and other regulatory (FDA, ONC, CDC) and payer (CMS) reporting requirements Thank you for your time!
