Azure-First Expertise Candidates must have strong Azure Integration Services experience, including: o Logic Apps o Service Bus o Azure API Management (APIM) o Event-driven architectures The focus is on Azure-heavy expertise, not Salesforce-heavy. 2. Strong System Architecture & API Integration Skills Key Requirements: o Deep understanding of Azure APIM, system architecture, and API integrations. o Proven experience designing fault-tolerant, scalable systems. o Hands-on work integrating Salesforce with other downstream systems. 3. Lead-Level Ownership The role is not just about implementationit requires: o Designing and documenting architectures. o Handling integrations independently and escalating only for major roadblocks. o Capability to pick up Salesforce API details from documentation, while focusing on the bigger integration picture. 4. What We Dont Need Avoid candidates who are: o Primarily from a Salesforce background. o Focused on Salesforce certifications or lacking Azure-heavy skills.
