Dynatrace Architecture Exposure to SaaS and On-Prem Environments Different Types of Monitoring Setup: Infrastructure Monitoring like Experience with various metrics, alerting customizations, and integrations. Application Monitoring like Knowledge in monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing code. Proficiency in setting up and analysing diagnostics like service flow and database monitoring. Real User Monitoring (RUM) like Experience in configuring RUM to track user interactions and diagnose performance issues in web and mobile apps. In this role you will be responsible for delivering Automaton Service engagements as well as developing innovative technical solutions that advance our Cloud Automation use cases and Dynatrace service offerings. What You'll Be Doing: End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions on complex customer environments - On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Involve in projects needing Dynatrace solution from inception, poc to complete implementation. Involve in Techno-Presales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT estates of customers from different domain Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices, work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritising focus and effort Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to the prospective clients. Should understand the challenges of customers, co-ordinate with vendor & Offshore team for a customised solution Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the best. Who you are: 13 plus years of experience in Application and/or Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability Experience of deploying Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms Experience on Configuration and customization Dynatrace solution that include integration with other tools. Develop automation and repeatable processes/scripts to enable solutions that deploy, manage, configure, scale and monitor Client applications is a plus Prior hands-on experience providing troubleshooting expertise for performance and other issues. Must have completed Professional Certification in Dynatrace Very good understanding of tool capabilities for a given customer environment Python scripting, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet Proficient in giving product trainings, demonstrating Dynatrace capabilities and new features to existing or prospective customers Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
