Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to drive the development of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java development, front-end experience with React.js, expertise in cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of NoSQL databases, Kafka, and microservices architecture. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of cloud-based applications using Java and related technologies. Oversee front-end development with React.js, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems. Develop and optimize microservices to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement and manage message streaming using Kafka. Design, develop, and maintain NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for high-volume, distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and security protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, with strong experience in developing scalable applications. Expertise in front-end development using React.js. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB. Working knowledge of Kafka for real-time data streaming. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
