System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability. Upgrades and Patches: Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches to maintain security and performance. Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for middleware configurations, processes, and procedures. Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect middleware systems from vulnerabilities and threats. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in middleware administration and engineering. Skills: Proficiency in middleware technologies (e.g., Redat Jboss, IBM WA Automation Scheduler, IBM WebSphere Application Server Admin Support, All Websphere MQ and IIB(ACE) versions) Strong understanding of software development life cycles and integration patterns.
