Interview- Two Zoom Interview Visa- : USC, GC Only. 6+ years of hands-on development experience in SAP (Fiori) (see below for specific areas) Must have S/4Hana implementation experience Must have team leadership experience development experience in SAP Logistics - FIORI development This involves coding in technical languages to meet business requirements and objectives, including developing applications, integrating data between systems, testing, and creating technical documentation. The role will ensure the use of best practices in software development, adhere to company standards, and focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. The Developer may also provide support to end users within the organization, including troubleshooting specific code issues. Responsibilities: Lead large-scale application development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements Design and implement sustainable, architecturally compliant solutions within complex environments Troubleshoot, maintain, and configure software, including creating test scripts and testing applications and interfaces Lead technical aspects of projects, coordinating with business stakeholders and managing project schedules Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting coding best practices, technical design, and quality assurance Research and recommend software and hardware solutions to enhance system performance Oversee third-party development teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery Create and maintain business and technical process documentation and training materials Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams to translate and meet project requirements Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders Promote Agile development methodologies and lead Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) processes Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Lead initiatives for process improvements to enhance functionality and system efficiency Foster collaboration across teams and business units to meet project goals Drive progressive improvements and identify opportunities to automate business processes Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field 6+ years of experience in software/application development in SAP 6+ years of experience in S/4Hana implementation Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale technology projects Expertise in software development, coding best practices, and technical design Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, including demonstrating Agile delivery values: Extensive experience in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from new software implementation to enhancing existing systems Experience with APIs, ESB, SAP PI, and other integration technologies Ability to mentor and develop junior developers and improve code quality and development processes Experience working with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders Background in Wholesale/Distribution/CPG, including accounts receivable, complex pricing, and tax laws Proven ability to lead offshore application development programs Thanks & Regards...
