Role: Business Analyst Order-to-Cash & Supply Chain Work location: Atlanta, GA Background and Drug Screen: MANDATORY JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to understand as-is processes, identify pain points, and propose efficient to-be process improvements. Analyzing the current order-to-cash processes involves a thorough examination of each step to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This includes: Order Entry: Reviewing how orders are captured and entered into the system. This could involve evaluating the user interface for ease of use, the accuracy of data entry, and the speed of processing orders. Order Fulfillment: Assessing the steps involved in fulfilling orders, from picking and packing to shipping. This includes looking at warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Challenge current practices to align future processes with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. ERP Expertise: Apply deep ERP knowledge, especially with Oracle Inventory Cloud, to support O2C and Supply Chain transformation projects. Ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with business processes. System Configuration and Support: Configuring and supporting Oracle SCM modules is crucial to ensure they meet business requirements. This includes: Order Management: Setting up and maintaining the order management module to handle order capture, processing, and fulfillment. This involves configuring business rules, workflows, and integration points with other systems such as CRM and ERP. Inventory Management: Configuring the inventory management module to track and manage stock levels, movements, and valuations. This includes setting up inventory locations, defining item attributes, and configuring replenishment and allocation rules. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collect, document, and prioritize business and system requirements. Translate requirements into structured process flows, business rules, and technical specifications. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design future-state solutions.
