The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software solutions by conducting thorough testing and collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Write complex SQL queries to validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity in databases. Analyze and document business requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Identify, log, and track defects in defect tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and assist in creating requirement documents and user stories. Provide status updates and prepare reports on testing activities, issues, and results. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Tester and Business Analyst in software development projects. Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and execute complex queries for data validation. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
