Job Title: AS400 Programmer Location: Remote Role Interview: Video Interview Description: Responsibilities: To design, develop and maintain software that is built on the IBMi platform using RPG and SQL languages and procedures. This will include assessing business requirements and translating into effective designs; Producing high quality, standard-compliant code; Collaborating with developers to ensure that changes are coordinated and knowledge is shared to permit more effective platform support; Complying with the use of development standards using for example JIRA for the change management process together with release management procedures; The management of deadlines through collaboration with technical and business teams; Escalating to management platform events that need further focus or resolution.
