Position: Workday HCM Test Lead Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Type: Contract (Long-term) Visa: Open to all visa types Must-Have Skills: Workday HCM functional and testing expertise. Proficiency with JIRA and project management. Hands-on testing experience with Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Payroll. Key Responsibilities: Lead validation efforts for HCM modules and Workday integrations, including Payroll. Perform functional, system integration, and regression testing. Analyze functional specifications to create test scenarios and scripts. Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide detailed reporting. Utilize tools like HP ALM/JIRA and automation tools such as Selenium. Collaborate with teams to ensure daily deliverables are met and risks are mitigated. Provide status updates to clients and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience in Agile methodology and automation testing (Selenium, Kianos Smart, UFT). Strong communication skills and ability to foresee and mitigate risks in project roadmaps. Expertise in Workday Payroll validation and integration testing.
