Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects, with specific expertise in SAP DataSphere and SAP BODS. DataSphere Skills: Proven experience in using SAP DataSphere for data modeling, data integration, and data pipeline development. BODS Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) for ETL processes, including job design, data transformations, and performance optimization. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP data structures, database tables, and data models. Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO) and their data migration requirements. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data migration scenarios and design effective solutions. Data Quality: Experience in implementing data quality checks, validation rules, and data reconciliation processes. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certifications: Certification in SAP DataSphere, SAP BODS, or related SAP data management tools is advantageous but not mandatory. Availability: Ability to commit to the contract duration and adapt to project demands in a dynamic work environment.
