Worth area & TX; #2-CST; #3-EST Experience: Must have 5+ years of U.S.A work experience. Communication: Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders and other Southwest Airlines employees. Hours/Time Zone: Must be able to work 8 am CST 5 pm CST! (CST & EST candidates only) Travel: Must be able to travel 1 week to SWA Headquarters in Dallas to work onsite. This could be quarterly or monthly depending on the manager. (Expenses paid by SWA/Odyssey) 2025 travel weeks: (Travel in Mon; in-office Tues, Wed, Thurs) February 24-28 June 16-20 October 6-10 + PI Planning weeks. Vacation: No international travel / long vacations for first 90 days. International Remote Work: Not approved. Not able if needing to take trip outside of U.S.A. Environment: Agile/Scrum/2-week sprints; Daily Video conference meetings Interview Process: multi-step process all via Microsoft Teams video calls. Microsoft Teams Technical Video Interview SWA Hiring Manager Team: FUEL, Anaplan project Summary: Anaplan is a finance tool being implemented. Partnered with to build all models of FP&A to build company forecasts. Skills: 5+ Years U.S. Experience: Hands-on experience as an Anaplan Page Builder with strong front-end page building experience. Anaplan Expertise: Proficient in Anaplan with 3-5 years of experience. Full life cycle experience. Hands-On: Ability to design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models. UX Design: Worked on the front-end with UX designs and working/communicating with the end users. Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Cultural Fit: Aligns with Southwest Airlines' collaborative and customer-focused culture. Communication: clarity and conciseness. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in a way that fosters understanding and engagement. A plus skill: Anaplan model building knowledge is a plus but not what we are seeking for this role.
