The ideal candidate should be adept at call tracing, creating Device Pools and Call Search Spaces, conducting voice packet captures for call troubleshooting, and resolving SIP connectivity issues. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Route (Teams calling) would be highly valuable, as these are areas where I require support. Furthermore, the candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of BGP, OSPF, SDWAN, WAN, and LAN technologies to ensure we have the appropriate level of support for our network infrastructure.
