This includes developing applications, integrating data between systems, testing, and preparing technical documentation. The developer will adhere to [Company]'s development standards, focusing on best practices, quality, and innovation. Additionally, the developer may provide support to end users, troubleshooting specific code issues within the organization. Responsibilities: Lead large-scale application development projects, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and technical requirements Design sustainable and architecturally compliant solutions in complex environments Research, troubleshoot, maintain, and configure software; create and test applications and interfaces Provide mentorship and coaching to junior developers, promoting best practices and quality assurance Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to enhance system performance Oversee third-party development teams, ensuring project quality and timely delivery Develop and maintain business and technical process documentation and training materials Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring that requirements are understood and met Track project milestones, address issues, and ensure continuous progress Promote Agile development methodologies and lead Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) processes Drive process improvements to enhance functionality and system efficiency Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Foster collaboration across all teams, ensuring that project goals and business needs are met Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field, Masters degree preferred 6+ years of experience in software/application development in SAP 6+ years of SAP s/4Hana implementation experience 6+ years of experience building Fiori Apps in SAP BTP Proven leadership abilities with experience managing large-scale technology projects Expertise in software development, coding best practices, and technical design Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in Agile development methodologies and applying Agile delivery values: Experience with APIs, ESB, SAP PI, and other integration technologies Ability to mentor and develop junior developers, improving code quality and development processes Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects Proven ability to lead offshore application development programs Keywords: information technology Florida Texas SAP BTP and Fiori [email protected] |
