Today we have a requirement for FileNet Engineer position with the client Capgemini - Remote Please share with me the Resume of your consultant : [email protected] Role Name: FileNet Engineer - Remote Location: US Remote CST, MT or PST time zones Implementation :: Capgemini Visa Type : *Only visas accepted are USC, GC, H1B JOB DESCRIPTION: Enterprise Content Management Roles and Responsibilities 1. ECM Management and Configuration System Setup and Configuration: Responsible for installing and configuring the ECM and Datacap systems. This includes other components necessary for the ECM platform to function. ECM Platform Upgrades and Patching: Regularly apply system patches, upgrades, and fixes to ensure the system is running on the latest approved versions and is secure from vulnerabilities. System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the availability and the performance of the ECM system to prevent system disruptions. Integration with Other Systems: Ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems to streamline content sharing and collaboration across platforms. 2. Content Lifecycle Management Content Storage: Manage the storage, archiving, and retrieval of enterprise content Content Metadata: Ensure that proper metadata is properly classified improving searchability and classification of documents within the ECM system. Retention Policy Enforcement: Configure and enforce document retention policies, where applicable, in line with client compliance requirements to avoid data hoarding or premature deletion of critical data. 3. User Management and Access Control User Role Definition: Define roles and access levels within the ECM system, ensuring that users only have access to the content relevant to their roles. Permission Settings: Set up and manage permissions for document access, editing, and sharing based on user roles or organizational hierarchy. 4. Security and Compliance Data Security: Ensure that the ECM system complies with security standards, including data encryption, user authentication, and secure access protocols. Compliance with Regulations: Manage compliance with industry-specific regulations such as PCH, HIPAA, or SOX by setting up auditing, reporting, and tracking mechanisms. 5. Support and Troubleshooting User Support: Serve as the first line of support for users facing issues with the ECM system, providing troubleshooting and resolving technical problems quickly. Issue Tracking: Use SNOW ticketing system to manage and prioritize requests from end users, escalating complex issues to higher technical support if necessary. Vendor Liaison: Engage IBM using the PMR process for assistance or issue escalation. communicate with IBM regarding system issues, updates, or customization requests to ensure ongoing support and upgrades. 6. Customization and Automation Custom Workflow: Support the deployment of custom components. Script Development: Write and manage scripts (e.g., Power or custom scripts) to automate routine administrative tasks or customize specific functionalities. Automation: Colloborate with other team members to automate manual tasks using Jenkins. 7. Reporting and Analytics System Usage Reporting: Using Dynatrace, or other tools, to Generate reports on system performance, usage metrics, content accessibility, and user activity.
