The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance systems, specifically in OIPA, and will play a critical role in implementing and enhancing our insurance policy administration solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement OIPA configurations, including product setup, policy lifecycle management, and rating engines. Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Customize and extend OIPA functionalities to meet business needs, ensuring high performance and reliability. Develop and maintain integrations between OIPA and other systems, such as CRM, billing, and claims management. Conduct testing and validation of OIPA configurations and customizations to ensure compliance with business rules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIPA applications, providing timely support to end-users. Document technical designs, configuration processes, and integration workflows. Stay current with OIPA updates and industry trends to recommend best practices and enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience with OIPA, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and SQL. Familiarity with insurance domain concepts and policy administration processes. Experience with system integration techniques and tools (e.g., web services, APIs). Knowledge of database management and data modeling practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional Oracle products or other insurance systems. Relevant certifications in OIPA or related technologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
