The candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date. This hybrid role requires 60% remote work and 40% onsite presence at the downtown Madison, WI headquarters. Initial onboarding involves five consecutive days of onsite. Start / End : 02/10/2025 to 06/30/2025 with the possibility of extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (so while many/most jobs at the state could run multi-year, they all are capped to the current fiscal year to start). Must haves : ( Must have excellent comm skills ) If they are currently in Wisconsin and have a working history in the state need 8+ years in the following: 8+ years Advanced application development within Microsoft .NET Framework (8+ years). MVC with Angular, C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (8+ years). Angular application coding (2+ years). Oracle database development, including writing stored procedures and SQL (8+ years). Visual Studio and Azure DevOps, with experience in work items and code management (4+ years).
