Key Responsibilities: - Ariba Architecture: Design and implement robust Ariba solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. - Level 1 and 2 Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ariba-related issues. Address and resolve user queries and system problems efficiently to maintain smooth operations. - Supplier Integration: Manage and facilitate the integration of suppliers into the Ariba network. Ensure that supplier data is accurately captured and maintained, and that suppliers are effectively onboarded. - Catalog Enablement: Oversee the enablement and management of catalogs within the Ariba system. Ensure that catalogs are up-to-date, accessible, and meet the needs of the organization. - Transaction Enablement: Support and enhance transaction processes within Ariba. Ensure that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, and that any issues are promptly addressed. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Ariba architecture and support. - Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Experience with supplier integration and catalog management. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
