Job Title: Databricks Consultant Location: Remote About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Databricks professional to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will be embedded into an existing client team that is in the early stages of learning Databricks. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and guide the team while also contributing as a hands-on player. Key Responsibilities: Act as both a coach and player, guiding the client team in Databricks best practices. Provide hands-on support and development within the Databricks environment. Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill the client team. Develop and implement Databricks solutions that meet client requirements. Collaborate with client team members to ensure the success of Databricks projects. Create documentation and provide continuous support to the client team. Identify opportunities for expanding Databricks usage and adoption within the client account. Requirements: Extensive experience with Databricks and data engineering. Proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams in Databricks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to travel to client locations if necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Databricks. Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
