Please let me know if you are interested in the position Title: Scrum Master-Project Manager Location:Fully Remote Duration: 12 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Job Description: Responsibilities Facilitate meetings : Run daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Create and maintain timelines : Ensure the team is fully deployed and working on the right tasks Identify and manage risks : Monitor progress and report on developments Coach the team: Help team members improve their self-management and cross-functionality skills Promote collaboration: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external groups Remove impediments: Help the team overcome obstacles and roadblocks Ensure quality: Help the team establish practices to improve quality and reduce technical debt Promote Agile values : Exemplify Agile values and principles, and help the team adopt them . Required Experience and Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Must have 10 +yrs of experience in Scrum Master-Project Manager Knowledge of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle models Understanding of project management principles and practices Ability to plan, solve problems, and work with product management and delivery teams Empathy and openness to help the team follow and act courageously Skills : Sprint planning, Agile, Scrum and Project Management, excellent communication.
