From: Dolly Rawat, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - SAP Reporting Lead( Backfill Position ) 12+ mths in Wall NJ 2 days a week on-site Need Local only with preffered 3 party Location: Hybrid; Must be willing to come to Wall Twp, NJ Position Type: Contract Schedule: 3 days per week Basic Function: Customer Experience CIS Reporting Lead to help build the client's next generation customer experience solutions with focus on SAP S4 HANA and Power BI / Azure for Utilities, and C4C (cloud for customer). This includes creating and development of functional solutions for S4 HANA, SAC, Power BI, Azure C4C, and SMC (Marketing cloud), providing functional specifications and sharing to the other team members while working closely with other IT, suppliers, and business partners. This role drives functional design decisions, reviews, and is accountable for providing optimal solutions while ensuring the solutions meet IT architectural best practice, compliance, security, and business requirements for client. The Customer Experience CIS Reporting Lead will be responsible for overseeing development of the CIS reporting applications via SAP SAC and Power BI throughout the project lifecycle including the design, implementation, and maintenance of all business application solutions. Lead functional activities, analysis, and design of the reporting solutions. Develop standards and best practices that direct the day-to-day operations of the CIS Team. Major Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs. Lead design and development of reports using SAP S/4HANA, SAP SAC, Power BI, Data Warehouse, Azure, ADF, Informatica, and other related tools, ensuring they meet business and technical needs that align with industry best practices. Oversee the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system configuration to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Manage the end-to-end architecture of reporting systems, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within SAP S/4HANA, SAP SAC, Azure Data Factory. Ensure that data flow and reporting processes optimized for performance and accuracy. Provide hands-on leadership in troubleshooting complex reporting issues, leveraging deep technical knowledge of ETL tools. Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve integration or performance challenges. Assists in day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the business needs for operations, analytics, and key metrics. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions, including report generation times, data refresh rates, and system resource utilization. Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP reporting and Power BI / Azure , Experience with following would be a plus o SAP Analytic Cloud o Power BI o Azure Data Warehouse and Data Factory or Informatica o Azure Synapse o SQL Server Strong technical background in data modeling, ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Load) processes, and integration, APIs, and integration platforms. Proficiency in developing complex, high-performance custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP SAC and/or Power BI. Ensuring high-quality deliverables across the reporting lifecycle. Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP reporting solution, SQL and Azure Data Factory. Ability to troubleshoot reporting integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices for managing the development and implementation of complex reporting projects.
