The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities during ServiceNow implementation. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. Design and implement tailored Service Now solutions that imize operational efficiency and align with business objectives. Lead the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and imization. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management and ITOM systems, preferably including experience with Service Now. Demonstrated ability in leading business process reengineering and imization projects, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adion of new processes. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in integrating various IT systems and platforms for streamlined operations.
