Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with over 7 years of expertise in Oracle Database, SQL procedures, and advanced SQL development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ETL processes while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex data integration projects and contribute to our organization's data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into the target systems. Leverage advanced expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL to create efficient and scalable solutions for data integration. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design ETL solutions tailored to business needs. Optimize ETL pipelines to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. Conduct data profiling, validation, and quality checks to maintain data integrity. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to handle large-scale data operations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ETL processes and database performance. Document ETL processes, workflows, and technical solutions for ongoing support and team knowledge sharing. Evaluate and implement best practices for ETL development, including emerging tools and technologies. Lead or mentor junior team members to foster growth and ensure team success. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Oracle Database. Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning in Oracle environments. Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data integration, and data warehousing best practices. Experience with leading ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent platforms. Solid understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and large-scale data architecture. Proven ability to optimize SQL queries and ETL workflows for high performance.
