Job Title - SAP SCM SUPPORT LEAD

Location- ONSITE in Dearborn, MI (I don't think its too far from Detroit) 

Duration- 12 months

Title: It is an SAP Support Lead but almost seems like it can be a help desk or IT support LEAD or MANAGER (so needs to have recent experience as a lead or manager or similar) 

Resume should have recent experience as a lead, manager, supervisor etc and have lines about their experience supporting SAP SCM 

Job Description 

Help Desk Lead (providing support on SAP SCM)

Seeking a Help Desk lead, onsite in Dearborn, MI. Will provide support on SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management)

1. Resolving L1, L2 and L3 tickets raised by client in SAP SCM/SPP space 

2. Performing Config changes, bug fixes, testing documentation and deployment

3. Leading client conversation

4. Handling escalations

5. Managing the team
