The initial contract end date will be 6/30/25, which is in line with our fiscal year end. We will then do a renewal contract for the period 7/1/25 - 6/30/26. Location : Atlanta, GA ( Hybrid ) Job Overview: The Oracle Cloud architect proactively and holistically designs, deploys, and supports OCI infrastructure and applications, optimizing prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes. They understand the concepts of business goals, objectives and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams and business processes and their importance in cloud architecture. Cloud architect provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. Scope of Activities: Credentials and Experience A bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience A minimum of five years of experience Oracle Cloud development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management and security Experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion as a Cloud Architect Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. Provide support for incident management and disaster recovery Required Skills: Expertise in cloud computing concepts and architectures. Proficiency in cloud service deployment, management, and optimization. Strong understanding of security practices and compliance.
