Job Title: Snowflake SQL & Python Developer Location : Orlando, FL, 32003 (Onsite) Duration : Contractual Position Summary: Responsibilities: Production Support Analyst - Maintaining Operational Reliability: This role is responsible for maintenance, support and daily operations of a Customer Engagement modeling and analytics software applications. This role will ensure on a daily basis that model data flows and dashboard extracts are executing and up-to-date. The Production Support Analyst is responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues in order to ensure optimal performance and usability for downstream CE system users. Job Knowledge: In hand experience to machine Learning technique to support the underlying decision tree and random forest modeling technique and address issues Strong knowledge of SQL, and Python Working knowledge of dashboard development using Tableau Desktop Demonstrable skill supporting Snowflake, Dataiku and Tableau SaaS operations to include flow, extract, and other scripting automation Strong experience in working with large volumes of data to include integration, architecture, cleansing, and engineering Knowledge of production support concepts such incident reporting, testing, debugging, monitoring, and audits Working knowledge of APIs and Javascript Skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation to include runbook creation for routine or repeatable operations Job Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain operational readiness and reliability of the client operational systems Develop effective working relationships within the Clients department and support teams of the client operational platforms Develop automated processes and technical documentation in conjunction with departmental resources Actively own and coordinate issue resolution between departmental and support partners Prioritize issues in alignment with Marketing and other affiliated partners who are dependent on issue resolution Assess issues and communicate an ETA for issue resolution based on agreed-upon time frames to the appropriate departmental partners Communicate resolution of issues with departmental partners based on agreed-upon time frames Relevant Skills: Ability to develop effective working relationships Possessing excellent interpersonal skills to include teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation Ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve issues Effective written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet or exceed expectations regarding issue identification, resolutions and communication. Note: Candidate need to be well equipped with Machine Learning along with Python and SAS as this production support need to support the data science team working on the front-end Comments for Suppliers:As per him they are looking for a person who have the strong skills on the following. When I say STRONG, he means it and the client tests the candidate in that line 1. Data scientist (understanding different data science algorithms, approaches not only from model development standpoint but should know how to sustain those models) 2. ML OPS (Should have strong presence on this) 3. Strong SQL skills: Their activity is majorly using SQL skills. I have seen they had given test to the candidates, and they expect someone answers those tests on the fly 4. Situation and Problem-solving skills: Client provides specific situation on the past projects and would like to gaze how they can handle it.
