Video if not local Job Description: The SAP Order to cash solutions for HC distribution applications (SAP, WMS, transportation, etc.) provides functional & technical expertise in full systems life cycle management within the Drug distribution suite of applications to ensure delivery is on time. He/She guides teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position researches and supports the integration of emerging technologies within Pharmaceutical tech stack or that can be leveraged by cleints suite of applications. The candidate should have 8+ years of providing strategic business analysis and implementation services to business partners for mid-size to large projects focused around Drug distribution systems. Experience with Drug/Pharmaceutical distribution systems focused around SAP (SD/MM, FI/CO and Vistex Chargebacks), order to cash processes, integration/EDI and other applications (such as WMS (Softeon), transportation, etc.). Exceed or similar systems is a preference. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customers business, processes and services and document the IT solutions assumptions and provide IT cost though to handover to the IT implementations build teams. The SAP Order to cash solutions engineer reports to the HC IT Imagine Manager. Responsibilities: Drive all aspects of technical & functional solution design to successfully delivering solutions. Manages creation of solution documentation. Guides system integration solutions. Handle project activities including scope, conflicting priorities, issue escalations, and status reporting. Be capable of delivering high-quality HC distribution system solutions in a dynamic environment and within challenging timelines. Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities. Must have excellent communication skills Additional details: Work closely with business stakeholders on new change requests to evaluate feasibility and provide effort estimate. Must possess excellent collaborative and interpersonal communication skills to drive consensus across teams. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to established schedules and scopes. Should demonstrate flexibility to work with multi-regional teams across different time zones. Minimum Qualifications: Pharmaceutical Drug experience is a must. 5 to 8+ years years of progressive experience in roles emphasizing SAP configuration and functional solutions. 3 to 5+ years of experience in building, extending, and operating solutions developed using Drug/Pharmaceutical/medical device Distribution Technology. Strong foundation in understanding and applying software development principles to functional solutions. Expertise in SAP ECC functional areas, primarily SD, along with MM and FI. Strong techno-functional skills in building interfaces using IDOCs for EDI integrations and APIs. Experience with SAP data masking is an added advantage. Experience with Vistexs Chargebacks a plus. Experience with WMS systems (Softeon) Strong business acumen in the order-to-cash logistics space, including Order Management and Warehouse Management, with a solid background in techno-functional analysis. Healthcare compliance & CGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge preferred.
