ServiceNow Process Consultant Hybrid at Plano TX Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations or support, with a strong focus on ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Knowledge of ITIL Framework: In-depth understanding of ITIL-based processes and how they can be mapped to ServiceNow. Familiarity with ServiceNow tools and modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, etc.). Experience with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integrations is a plus. Strong project management skills with experience in managing ServiceNow projects from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation support. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions. Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, or CSM. Experience with agile project management methodologies.
