Understanding of Interfaces/third-party applications integrated with HealthRules Payor Experience in Badger Care (Wisconsin Healthcare Program) including Enrollment /Billing & Claims Processing Experience in healthcare plan operations (e.g., claim adjudication life cycle/workflows, network contracting, payment/policy related configuration, provider relations, medical management, medical economics, audit, compliance) Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business processes. Provide training and support to end-users of HealthRules Payor and other health plan systems. Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, client communication Hands on experience with design, build, implementation, and support of healthcare payer IT systems Strong understanding of healthcare payer core platforms and data structures, specifically within the context of Wisconsin Medicaid programs. Experience with correspondence generation tools and workflows within healthcare payer systems, including knowledge of Wisconsin Medicaid-specific communication requirements.
