Cognos Developer Location O n Site from day 1 Raleigh NC Duration 6 months C2C W2 Visa: GC USC H4 EAD GC EAD with Passport number Linkedin Mandatory Rate $60/hr C2C Experience : 12+ Years Looking for people who have recent and solid experience working in Cubes and Transformers. We are seeking a Cognos Developer who will be responsible for the production support, design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions. Qualifications and skills: Requirements: In addition to the standard Cognos Developer, specifically looking for expertise in the highlighted areas. Our reports are complex, so I need someone highly skilled to maintain and enhance them. Please let me know if you need further details. Proficiency with all aspects of IBM Cognos Analytics Product Suite ( Reports , Framework Manager, Powerplay Transformer, Administration ) Proficiency with SQL to query Oracle and SQL Databases. Experienced in Framework Manager Dimensional Modeling, Transformer cube design and development Proven experience in scripting (HTML, Java Scripting and/or jQuery) to extend Cognos capabilities Proven experience in creating reports using Dimensional model using Cognos MDX Excellent performance tuning and trouble shooting skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication Focus on Cubes and Transformers. Preferred: Experience with Java Scripting Experience working with data sourced from JD Edwards Experience working in a DevOps environment.
