This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs while meeting business goals and technical requirements.Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end technical programs, including planning, execution, and delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and fulfillment systems.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in e-commerce, logistics, or technology-related domains. Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban). Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones. Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Technical knowledge or hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or related areas is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
