The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in networking integration and be adept at designing, implementing, and managing advanced network solutions. Strong project management and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage wireless and 5G network solutions to meet business needs. - Configure and maintain CISCO network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers. - Integrate various networking components to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network enhancements. - Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches. - Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference and compliance. - Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. - Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on wireless and 5G technologies. Extensive experience with CISCO networking equipment and technologies. - Proven experience in network integration and deployment. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: - Experience with network security protocols and best practices. - Knowledge of cloud networking solutions and services. - Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages.
