The ideal candidate will be proficient in Pega"s BPM (Business Process Management) platform, as well as possess strong problem-solving and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development : Design and develop Pega applications using Pega's BPM tools and frameworks (PRPC - Pega Rules Process Commander). System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with third-party systems and data sources. Customization & Configuration : Customize Pega workflows, UI components, business rules, and integrations according to client requirements. Testing : Perform unit testing and troubleshoot any issues during the application lifecycle. Deployment : Assist in the deployment of Pega applications and ensure smooth rollout to production. Performance Tuning : Monitor and optimize the performance of Pega applications to ensure efficient execution. Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support for Pega applications, including bug fixes and enhancements. Documentation : Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for the applications developed. Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with Pega PRPC development (version 7.x or higher). In-depth understanding of Pega's architecture, data models, and rules engine. Proficient in Pega rule types (Activities, Data Transformations, Decision Tables, etc.). Experience with Pega BPM frameworks (Case Management, Business Process Management). Strong understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Pega UI customization. Hands-on experience in integrating Pega with external systems using REST/SOAP web services. Knowledge of Agile development methodology. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher. Familiarity with cloud-based deployments of Pega applications (e.g., Pega Cloud). Experience with Pega Marketing or Pega Customer Service applications. Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and data management principles.
