The Corp IT Accounting team is seeking an experienced Program Analyst with SQL experience to manage the delivery of technological solutions for key stakeholders. This individual will drive and manage the successful execution of key projects across the team. The role requires mobilizing cross-functional teams towards agreed-upon goals, showcasing key benefits, and overseeing and reporting progress on projects. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions. Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects (tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, functions, etc.) Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques. At least 10 years of proven experience as an SQL Developer and Business Analysis. Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SSRS, Power BI). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis. Experience in Infor / Lawson financials is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
