This position requires an exceptional balance of leadership, technical acumen, and healthcare industry knowledge. This is a contract to hire position. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of developers specializing in SQL, SaaS, and Azure Cloud development. Foster a collaborative environment, guiding the team in best practices, technical growth, and career development. Design, implement, and maintain robust data models and integration solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide innovative solutions to complex challenges, particularly in database design and system integration. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. Hands-on involvement in SQL development, cloud integration, and data management. Utilize expertise in HealthEdge and/or EPIC, and other healthcare technologies to ensure seamless integration and data flow. Act as the right hand to leadership, aligning technical execution with strategic goals. Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring cohesive workflows and outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to team members, building a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Technical Skills: Soft Skills: 10+ years of IT experience, with a focus on database and integration technologies. Strong background in healthcare systems, particularly HealthEdge and/or EPIC. Proven experience in leading technical teams while remaining hands-on. Mastery in SQL, SaaS, and cloud technologies. Expertise in data modeling, integration, and healthcare-specific platforms. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
