Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs within budget and on schedule. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges proactively. Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Project). Strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
