Job Description
Position: Backend Python Developer
Location: Dallas, TX Onsite (Must reside in Dallas. Expected to be in-office for one full week per quarter; the rest is hybrid.)
Duration: 6+ months
Interview Process: 4 rounds, including a technical round and likely one in-person interview with the client.Requirements:
Key Skills: Python (backend development), AWS, FastAPI, REST API, Flask, Django, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
Experience: Minimum 9 years of expertise in backend Python development.
Database Skills: Proficient in SQL and ORM techniques for database connectivity.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
Personal Traits:
Self-starter who actively seeks areas to contribute without waiting for instructions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.Interview Guidelines (Per PV):
The screening call will include 4 technical rounds via video call, potentially involving Indian panel members.
Strict adherence to the following:
Avoid using any support materials (help books, ChatGPT, AI, or reading pre-written responses).
Be prepared to share your screen during the interview.
Maintain proper eye contact with the interviewer.
Listen carefully to the question before responding.
Treat the screening call as you would a client interview.
Be aware that there will be a technical coding round.Key Expectations:
A strong backend Python developer with extensive experience in AWS Cloud technology.
Expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
Strong experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Kubernetes.
Must demonstrate proactive behavior, identifying opportunities to assist beyond direct instructions.
